Q: What quantity do I need to order?

A: Quantities are single coupons. Qty 1 = 1 coupon. For strips, Qty 1 = 1 of each coupon pictured.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: You will be provided with payment instructions at checkout and via email once you submit an order. I Clip, You Save currently accepts PayPal (Friends & Family only), CashApp, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle & Facebook Messenger Pay.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Just outside of Atlanta, GA (zip code 30281)

Q: Will I receive confirmation of my order?

A: Yes. You will receive 2 emails per order. Immediately after submitting your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. When your order is mailed or ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirming that your order is clipped & ready. Daily video of orders being mailed is posted on our Instagram feed. Follow @i_clip_you_save or search #iclipyousavemail to view the videos.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Mail transit times are absolutely dependent on the postal service. Standard first-class mail can take anywhere from 2-15 business days to arrive. We offer 2 express mailing options with tracking if you prefer these to standard first-class mail. We highly recommend all clipped customers sign up for the free Informed Delivery service at www.usps.com.

Q: Why haven't I received my confirmation emails?

A: Either the email address you provided when placing your order is invalid or our emails are being directed to your spam/junk folder. Please be sure to add admin@iclipyousave.com as a trusted sender so that you can be sure to receive communication about your order(s).

Q: Can I add to or change my order?

A: Yes. BEFORE submitting payment, please email us at admin@iclipyousave.com with the changes you would like to make to your order. If possible, we will make the changes. Please note that there may be a delay in responding to emails during the week (we work) so it may be faster to place another order making the changes yourself & send us an email to cancel the first order. Please include your order number in all email correspondence.

Q: How does local pickup work?

A: If you are in/near Stockbridge, GA you can skip the mail and pickup in person. Please note that local pickup does not equal on-demand service. We do work outside of our clipping service and are not always available to clip & pack orders. Place your order online & choose Local Pickup as the shipping option at checkout. Once you have placed & paid for your order, please send a text to 470-223-2414 stating your order number and the day/time you'd like to pickup. We will let you know if we can accommodate that time and, if not, what arrangements can be made to help best meet your request. SAME DAY PICKUP IS NOT TYPICALLY AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY.

Q: What is a Forever Scan?

A forever scan is a coupon that "never expires". There is an expiration date printed on the coupon but the barcode is setup without an expiration date embedded in it. This means that the coupons will scan forever. This DOES NOT mean that all stores/cashiers will accept these coupons. It simply means that they will SCAN forever.

Look for the prefix "FS" on item titles - that indicates the item is a Forever Scan. Forever Scans are being discovered & added all the time so be sure to check back often if you can use these!
