WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I Clip, You Save accepts the following methods of payment:
CashApp: $iclipyousave
Chime: $iclipyousave
Facebook Messenger Pay: megan.kelly.iclipyousave
Google Pay: iclipyousaveonline@gmail.com
Venmo: @iclipyousave (be sure NOT to select the "Paying for a good or service" option. Payments submitted using the goods/service option will be refunded, less any applicable Venmo fees, and the related order will be canceled.)
Zelle: admin@iclipyousave.com
When submitting payment, type ONLY the numbers or letters of your order/confirmation number in the payment notes. Payments containing improper notes will be refunded & those orders are subject to cancellation.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You will be provided with payment instructions at checkout and via email once you submit an order. I Clip, You Save currently accepts CashApp, Chime, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle & Facebook Messenger Pay.
I do not process payments directly on the website. You will be directed to visit one of the payment apps/websites listed to submit payment after your order has been submitted.
DID YOU RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?
I send email confirmation once I have received and applied a payment to your order. Please note that I am not always able to confirm payments immediately upon receipt but payment confirmation WILL be sent as soon as your order is marked as paid.
You will also receive an email if a payment HAS NOT been received for your order or if your payment is being returned for failure to follow all instructions.
The best way to ensure your payment is received & your order is processed in a timely manner is to READ & FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS provided for payment.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Refunds not related to pre-shipment issues are only issued under the following circumstances:
- The coupons mailed were not what you ordered. If the entire order is incorrect, you will be issued a full refund (including postage/shipping). If a portion of the order is incorrect, you will be issued a partial refund for the incorrect items (excluding postage/shipping).
- Coupons ordered are no longer available (NLA). If the entire order is NLA, you will be issued a full refund (including postage/shipping). If a portion of the order is NLA, you will be issued a partial refund for the NLA item(s) (excluding postage/shipping).
- If you receive a refund, please check your email for an explanation. Refunds issued prior to shipment are typically due to issues with the payment or payment notes. Please refer to the follow-up email for why you were refunded and what you can do to ensure that your order is successfully processed.
Refunds will not be issued for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged mail.
Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) ordered & received are expired.
Refunds will not be issued if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete – please review ALL of your order & contact information carefully before submitting your order. We create labels & envelopes directly from our order database and orders are mailed to the address EXACTLY as it is provided at checkout.
