Política de reembolso

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

-The coupons mailed were not what you ordered. If the entire order is incorrect, you will be issued a full refund (including postage/shipping). If a portion of the order is incorrect, you will be issued a partial refund for the incorrect items (excluding postage/shipping).

-Coupons ordered are no longer available (NLA). If the entire order is NLA, you will be issued a full refund (including postage/shipping). If a portion of the order is NLA, you will be issued a partial refund for the NLA item(s) (excluding postage/shipping).

-If you receive a refund, please check your email for an explanation. Refunds are NEVER sent without a follow-up email. Refunds issued prior to shipment are typically due to issues with the payment or payment notes. Please refer to the follow-up email for WHY you were refunded and what you can do to ensure that your order is successfully processed.

-Refunds will not be issued for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged mail.

-Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) ordered & received are expired (expiration dates are clearly listed in each product description – read & order carefully).

-Refunds will not be issued if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete – please review ALL of your order & contact information carefully before submitting your order. We print labels/envelopes directly from our order database and orders are mailed to the address provided EXACTLY as it is provided.

I CLIP, YOU SAVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR DELAYED MAIL OR PACKAGES. If you chose to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx and you have not received it in a timely manner, please email me at admin@iclipyousave.com. I will do my best to get the carrier to find your package and move it along. If the package is still not received a few days after that initial contact, please let me know and I will be happy to file a claim on your behalf.

If I am refunded by the carrier, I will refund your order.

If I am not refunded by the carrier, I will not refund your order.
